What’s Happening in Bigfork Right Now
(And Why You Don’t Want to Miss It)

Longer days, brighter skies, and that unmistakable energy of a new season are finally here.

Dear Friends, Family & Clients,

Longer days, brighter skies, and that unmistakable energy of a new season are finally here – and you can feel it everywhere. As the snow begins to melt and the Wild Mile starts to rush again, Bigfork quietly comes back to life before the summer crowds arrive.

There’s something especially magical about spring in our little hamlet – this year even more so as we look ahead to celebrating 125 years of Bigfork. That same sense of renewal is beginning to show in our real estate market as well. Across Flathead and Lake County, we’re seeing early signs of momentum – new listings are starting to surface, buyers are re-engaging, and activity is picking up.

Prices remain strong overall, but homes are taking a bit longer to sell, creating a more balanced and thoughtful market. It’s a season of opportunity for both buyers and sellers who are prepared and strategic.

Taste of Bigfork

Taste of Bigfork + Spring Giveaway

One of my favorite signs of the season is the return of The Taste of Bigfork.

If you go (and you absolutely should), make sure to stop in and see Drake and the incredible crew at Saketome. It’s always one of the highlights, and I promise – you won’t leave disappointed.

✨ Special Spring Giveaway ✨
Now through April 26th, anyone who books a listing appointment with me will be entered into a drawing for tickets to The Taste of Bigfork. If selling has been on your mind, this is the perfect nudge – and a fun way to celebrate the season.

Dining with Denise

I’m excited to introduce a new idea: Dining with Denise. This will be a small, curated experience at Camp Lang, where a handful of clients will join John and me for a relaxed evening of delicious food, good wine, great conversation, and connection.

It’s something I’ve been dreaming about for a while – creating space to slow down, gather, and truly enjoy the community we live in. If this sounds like something you’d love, let me know – I’m building the list.

A Fresh Look Online

I’m also excited to share that my newly redesigned website is now live: DeniseLangRealEstate.com. It’s been thoughtfully created to be a helpful, easy-to-navigate resource – whether you’re browsing current listings, exploring neighborhoods, or simply gathering inspiration for your next move.

Market Snapshot

Q1 data shows a steady but more balanced market across Flathead and Lake County, while March numbers reflect the early spring pickup with a noticeable increase in new listings across the region.

Inventory is building, pricing remains relatively stable overall, and buyer demand is still present – but more selective.

Ceri’s Corner

The Honest Connection Behind the Love We Share

Ceri Odin

Hello friends, it’s Ceri here.

Listen… I may be short, fluffy, and extremely cute – but I am also a scientifically proven emotional support expert.

Let’s talk about why you’re all so obsessed with us… You know that feeling you get when I look at you like you’re the most important hooman on the planet? Or when Odin leans all 100+ pounds of himself into you like a living weighted blanket? That warm, calm, slightly-melty feeling? It’s called oxytocin – the “love hormone.”

With us, it’s simple: we’re honest, we’re consistent, and if we love you, you know it. Full tail wag, full body wiggle, zero emotional games.

Science even backs me up (obviously): Why Do We Have Pets?

That’s not just love. That’s chemistry.

If you’ve been wondering what your next move could look like, or simply want a clearer picture of where you stand in today’s market, I’m always happy to connect. Whether it’s a quick check-in, a deeper strategy conversation, or just answering a few questions, I’m here as a resource.

My goal is to make the process feel informed, approachable, and tailored to you – so when the time is right, you’re ready to move forward with clarity.

May this season bring you a sense of renewal, a little extra sunshine, and moments of connection that remind you why you love where you live.

Warmly,
Denise
